Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. In-stock samples are free, while custom design samples involve a fee that is refundable after bulk order confirmation.
Is it possible to use my own logo or design?
Absolutely. We specialize in customized logos and designs for both sample orders and mass production.
What is the typical delivery time?
Normally, samples take 2 to 7 days, and mass production takes approximately 25 days depending on the order volume.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Moneygram, and Bank Transfers.
How are the products packaged?
Standard packaging is 1pc per polybag and 100pcs per carton. We can also accommodate specific packaging requirements as requested.
