Q2: Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
A2: Yes! In-stock samples are free. For custom designs, there is a sample fee which is refundable after order confirmation.
Q3: Can I use my own logo or design on the goods?
A3: Absolutely. Customized logos and designs are supported for both sample orders and mass production.
Q4: What is the typical delivery time?
A4: Normally, it takes 2 to 7 days for samples and approximately 25 days for mass production.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A5: We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, and Bank Transfers.
Q6: How do you package the products?
A6: Standard packaging is 1pc per polybag and 100pcs per carton, or as per your specific requirements.
